How does Rent-on-time™ Works for Tenants?
You can pay your rent or lease by following these simple steps:
- Click on "Pay Now" button from either the Rent-on-time home page or from the tenant portal's menu.
- Enter the payment amount, what you are paying for and any payment reference, followed by your credit card details.
- The payment is securely processed by Rent-on-time.
- Your landlord / property manager will receive an email confirmation regarding this payment. This email will contain details such as the property address, tenant name and any payment reference. They will also be advised of the transaction details that will appear on their bank statement.
