You can collect a payment from your tenant by accepting credit cards
- Log-in to Rent-on-time and click on "Collect a Payment" button.
- Specify the items and amount that your tenant needs to pay.
- Confirm the payment details and enter your tenant's credit card details (you can acquire the credit card details face to face or even while talking to your tenant on the phone)
- Payment completed and you will receive the funds from Rent-on-time in 2 working days!

You can send a payment reminder to your tenants, specifying the items and amount they need to pay for through Rent-on-time.
Your tenant will receive an email and text message (if you have specified your tenant's mobile number) from Rent-on-time. All your tenant needs to do is click on the link provided in the email which will redirect him or her to a secure payment page to pay you.
